Boost Referrals: Using video to Grow down lines Part 3

Part 3: Getting seen..Smart Distribution

So far in this three part post, we've looked at getting started and Creating your videos. Now I want to show you how to Distribute these videos to 13 video sites with the click of a button...FOR FREE.

Step 1)
Head over to tubemogul.com. There you can register for a free account. Upon signup you will be given emailed a confirmation url. Click this and you're registered to!

step2)
Time to upload your video. Go to the upload tab. This is very simple just add titles, description, tags etc. Note: Uploading your video means in tubemogul terms, Uploading it to your account. Launching is when you multi upload

Step 3)
Launching your video means uploading it to several sites. Once your video is upload to tubemogul you can keep it there and upload it when ever you want. Note: You will need an account with all the video sites you intend to upload to. As of now I currently use:

Metacafe
youtube
Veoh
Revver.

Its very easy to create accounts and it can be done quite fast...Also you have the option for tubemogul to save those login details..this will save you time!

Remember this: ...If you are creating a video for wide distribution it's wise not to mention any site name in it. For Example: " Hey, welcome to my first youtube video bla bla" Viewers watching this on metcafe will be wtf?..

Stats: Tubemogul is really awesome. Not only does it allow you to expose your videos to a larger audience, it also allows you to keep track of how your videos are preforming.

Remember the power of on-line video..This may be the upper hand you need in gaining more referrals for your paid to click programs....

Boost Referrals: Using Video to Grow Downlines Part 2

Part Two: Creating your Videos

So if you haven't been up to date on the posts, I'm posting a guide to boosting referrals through the power of online video. Check out Part one: Getting Started to be filled in...

Creating your Video:
If you're a complete newbie when it comes to making videos, don't worry. With simple software like windows movie maker of iMovie you can make perfect promotion videos.
Here are a few tips to follow:

Be Brief: No promotion video should run over five minutes. I strongly recommend that if you're only using pictures and titles to keep it under 2 or 3 minutes
Don't Be Boring: Please, Please do not do a screen cap of you typing to your reader/viewer. Anyone watching the video will leave straight away...
Keep It minimalistic: A photo or a title in your video should rarely run over 5 seconds long. Keep it quick, simple and energetic. This is on-line video staring a boring image for more than 5 seconds will drive your viewers round the bend.
Be Audible: If you are talking directly to the camera or as part of a screen cast make sure you can be heard. If no one can hear you they'll grow impatient and leave.
Use Music: Try and add music to you video. If you're not talking music is a must. If you are talking try and reduce the music volume so we can hear what you're saying.

Tutorials;
So if you think you can handle windows movie maker go ahead and start palying around. However, if you need some help; youtube has it! Just simply type in "imovie tutorials or Windows Movie Maker tutorials" You won't really need to do this but just in case, they are always there.

Saving videos from WMM for youtube.
Once you are happy with you're video you're going to need to save it for upload. To do this go to file-Save Movie File. Select the file destination and then let it do its thing.

Direct Cam Upload.
If you are good at speaking to camera and have the confidence to do so, the youtube quick upload option is amazing. However, it is very basic. You cannot add titles or music. So if you want to add a bit of quality to your video I reccomend using the Windows movie maker capture feature, then adding music and titles to you're video.

To do this you need to go to the "Capture Video From Device" link on the top left of the window

Once this is done you will some video of your self that you can edit, add music or images to.

Mac Users:
These things are a lot easier to do on a mac. They even have a direct upload to youtube option which is very easy to use! I'm not going to show you how because it is very easy on a mac as you mac users know!

Golden Rule:
Remember your audience. This is online video, viewers are impatient. Keep your videos brief, to the point and energetic!

Why Wont you Pay Me....Thousandaire PTC

I need your advice on this one....

About three or four months ago I came across a site called Thousandaire PTC....I saw that they had a paid to promote earning program..I thought wow you get paid to promote your referral link ...So I submitted the site to many traffic exchanges and i even purchased some ptc credits to send traffic its way....

Things were going ok. I didn't have to click any ads because I was either earning from my referrals or the PTP program. It wasn't long until I had reached the 25c PayPal payout.
I requested my payout and waited to get paid before I could take the promotion of the site to a higher level...

so three months have come and gone and still no payment. The reason I'm telling you know is because they are having a deal of the day was quite tempting. Then I realized that they hadn't paid me!!

So...I have decided to then double check and funnily enough I was right, They Didn't.
So then I said lets see if the people of the internet have some proof. They Didn't. Now if you have some Proof please please Tell me!! But from my search and how I feel I think the word Scam comes to mind

So the lesson of the day is.. Stay Away from the ThousandairePTC.com...........

Boost Referrals: Using Video to Grow dowlines Part 1

Part one: Getting Started

Power of on-line video
Recently I have taken to the on-line video world, without much knowledge, in an effort to promote my blog, promotions and PTC sites. Undoubtedly, this is a great method to boost referrals and many people use it to great success. In this three part post I will be showing you how to create, edit and promote your videos on-line.

Case Study...
So lets firs take a look at a case study. The below video has a total of 63,000 views on youtube alone! In the description box is his referral link to bux.to. It is also in the title.
Now, we need to guess here but lets say 50 percent of those people (62,000) never heard of bux.to. That's 50% of people who haven't heard of it That's 31,000. Now lets assume 50% percent of those who've never heard of bux.to, click the referral link. That's 15,500 that click the link. So at this point the video has sent 15,500 people to the referral link. Lets again assume that 50% of those sign up for bux.to...That's 7,750 referrals. No obviously this is just an estimate and the click through rate may be considerably lower. But what this shows is the potential that on-line video has. so now watch the video...

Now that you've watched the video two things might be running through your mind. a) don't want to talk on camera or b) wow that was easy to make!

Not happy to talk on camera?
There's always a solution! You can simply string some images together with some music or create a screen cap(record what is on your screen). This may be an alternative to speaking directly to the camera. However, it has it's disadvantages.

People may not click on the video because they see that it is "another boring screen cap presentation..."
Viewers may not trust you because they can't see you or hear you.

Happy to face the lens?
If you're happy to face the lens then congrats because this option is a lot easier, faster and more trustworthy from a viewers perspective. You don't need to have knowledge on editing, you can simply use the "quick upload" function on youtube so you can upload the video directly from your webcam.

You don't need to be an amazing editor to create a video. If you have power point you can simply screen cap a presentation or convert it to a video file using available software.

You Don't need to be amazingly creative or techniqually skilled to make a promotion video.....

What to Cover in your Video:

Who? Who are you..
what? what are you talking about? bux.to ptc...explain them...
Where?: Link us..Your referral link for example
How?; How do we make money with this program/site
Proof: Can you prove that it works? if you can't then maybe you should think about reassuring yourself before you take the time to make a video

Isabel Marco down....

Isabel marco is down...(maybe for a long time)

This evening at 4:55pm CDT in our h1 data center, electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding our electrical equipment room.
...
This is a significant outage, impacting approximately 9,000 servers and 7,500 customers. All members of our support team are in, and all vendors who supply us with data center equipment are on site. Our initial assessment, although early, points to being able to have some service restored by mid-afternoon on Sunday.

Isabelmarco servers are down due to a fire at The Planet...This was a really serious fire according to the The Planet...The fire has affected many sites including entrecard.

I was notified about this when someone left a comment on an article I wrote about isabelmarco..Obviously they didn't notice that I wrote the post about a month ago!

Anyway isabelmarco will be down for a good few days...

Buxear New site!

Buxear Is a new site that launched in the last week...The site pays 1 cent per click at a 5 dollar payout via alertpay..The site is offering a nice cents signup reward!

There are a lot of ads..but something is bugging me...The site's forum does not work and requires you to identify your ID number on a page of 5,000 names and emails. Spammers all over the Bux world will just copy these and then begin to send thousands of spam mail...This is quite irresponsible of bux hear and I don't like it...

The site isnt that reliable either , if your extremely lucky you won't get the annoying "cannot connect" notice...

There is also a small bug in the statistics page...The stats show 5 cents bonus but in the total it reads as nine....

All in all it's just another Bux in the wall...

Neobux has to be one of the most well designed ptc site on the net. It's simply great!!! you've to see it to believe it! Check it out...The site has a lot to offer!!up to 2c clicks and up to100% referral earnings! With over 45,000 users this site, this is set to be one the biggest ptc sites ever!

Neobux has great support unit and it even has a chat service as well as a forum! Neobux advertises itself on bidvertiser but I don't see the reason why! So many people are going try hard to refer people to this site that they won't need to pay for advertising! But this is a good indication of how serious they are. They call them selves Innovative and I'll agree to that!

The pays via alertpay and this is what the Help page says about Payouts:

The minimum payout amount is set at $2.00 (two US dolars) for your first payout request, $3.00 (three US dolars) for the second, $4.00 (four US dolars) for the third and so on until $10.00 (ten US dolars).
This means that when you reach or go beyond this limit, you can request your earned money.

Here is Seven-bux.com! Seven-bux is quite a funky looking site that offers paid to click and paid to sign up features. site offers up to 1c per click...thats anything from 0.0001 cent to o.01 cent. Payout is set at 1 dollar with alertpay and 2cents with Egold. The site claims to payout in 24 to 48 hours...for how long that will stand I'm not sure. The site is new enough with, at this point in time, 1,310 members.

Here's a ptc site that pays you to surf porn. You must be over 18 obviously! the home page states that they pay 3 cent per click at ten a day but when i joined it was more like 2c a click. Still high price however.... The payout now stands at 3 dollars but I reckon that will rise eventually. The site has been public for about 12 days now and already has 3 and half thousand users

In terms of porn...x3bux sends you to porn sites that require you to purchase stuff..You'll still get paid , you don't have to buy the porn.Lol what I'm trying to say is your not gonna get as much porn as you think you would with x3bux.com....

I can't put any promotional banners on the site because it has nakedness on it.LOL I cant link to it either cos I'll be breaking my advertising rules!! Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments below!

From Now on i will not be placing my referral links on this site. My goal from now on is to provide you with quality reviews and news on all the ptc sites on the net...

Hitbux.info is a low payout site by illusive web and go prat solutions. To be honest it isn't the most appealing site visually. Looks real 90's and crappy in my opinion. They are pretty dependable. The site will pay you. I don't think anyone needs to question that. Check it out for your self and let us know what you think in the comments below! I just think it is so hard to refer people to sites that look cheap and scamish. A little but of style wouldn't go a miss

Getting Your Referral Link to NO.1 on Google

Ok so when you discover a PTC site for the first time what's the first thing you should do?
Well the ptc guru has compiled a list of things you should do:

1) Submit your Referral URL to Google
2) Add your URL to your blog, squidoo, myspace, more then once
3) Put your Referral banner everywhere and anywhere you can
4) Send traffic from traffic exchange site there as fast as you can,

The thing with PTC sites is no one is going to link to it as its own domain I.E bux.to there are going to millions of links spread like this bux.to/Referral ID.

The Key to Getting to Google no.1 is Getting your link spread as far and as fast you can across the internet. The golden rule here is : The more you have linked your referral ID the higher it will rank in Google!
The benefits of ranking high are quite good. People may click through your referral link and join though that! This tends to work in the early stages of the site. Maybe when it has just launched.

The site launched today and already people are claiming that this site is set to be very successful and popular!

I also think this site has a lot of potential. These guys are expierenced when it comes to websites and making money online. Although they may not have any PTC site experience they know a lot about it through their Popular Ezine.

Haven't been around for a while, my internet has been down.

In this Post I am going to Tell you about Shareaflick.net This site isn't very well known at this stage but I really think its worth Checking out. It operates a lot like Shareapic. Except instead of getting paid to share photos you get paid to share videos FROM YOUTUBE and other sites. (Click here to see what a video looks like on shareaflick)

It's simple. All you do is copy the HTML code for ANY video from youtube (or other sites) over to shareaflick.You don't need to have permission, you don't have to own the video. All you have to do is Copy and Paste it over. Each video has its unique URL, you can use this in forums and blogs to boost the amount of people that view it.

Like shareapic the More views you get the more money you'll make.
I've been playing around with the site and I think it has great potential. There are a few very small details I would change but the site is new and will change for the better.

I aim to add at least one video per night. My rule of thumb is "if its popular on youtube It's going on shareaflick."

This is the second time isabelmarco is having problems with their hosting company! To be honest I think the site is only down because it can't afford to stay up! The site isn't very viable! 50 percent of the ads are links to other ptc sites that they are members of! There is no way the site can continue like this. And on top of this they are violating many advertising networks' TOS. For example if you go to the site now you'll see a Google Adsense box. Isabelmarco is encouraging us to click on these. This is against the TOS of adsense and it's a stupid mistake to make which is a reflection on their "expierence"

And to my knowledge placing ads on a site that is not functioning or that is under construction is also against the terms of service!!

If they plan on making money on advertising then they're going the wrong way about it.Any one with a bit of sense and experience would know that violating adsense is the biggest mistake to make.Because once your kicked off the advertising network, you're never aloud back on!!

I'm not saying the site's a scam. I'm saying this site won't be around for long if it continues as it does. Don't invest ANY money in isabelmarco. Thats the PTC Guru Advice!!!

Isabelmarco is a site that is going to face some tough stressful times, but what do you expect when you have an inexperienced admin!!

iBux has closed down! To be honest I wasn't an avid user of the site and I had no Money Invested so this news isn't going to make me cry! However, This time the PTC site is being killed because of copyright infringement!

People are hopping around shouting scam, but the admin of the site wants to make it clear that it is not a scam! iBux was considered the most Reliable PTC site on the net! They will try and refund every purchase made recently!

Its sad to see the trusted sites go to something like this! It was an easy mistake to make!

Ibux.com is the owner of the copyright to "ibux" and Ibux.ca violated the copyright law.

Isabelmarco is a new enough paid to click (ptc) Site with just over 1816 users. The site has a lot of ads for clicking and all at 1c. Seems perfect! However, Most of the ads lead to other ptc sites, I clicked on register to see who was advertising it and the referral id for all of them was isabelmarco. It seems isabel marco are just paying us to view the sites they are members of. have feeling the site isn't viable yet!. Maybe it's just the early stage but there's no way the can expect to turn a profit if all they are doing is promoting the sites they are members of!

The only thing Quite interesting about this site is how personal they've made it.By placing pictures of themselves on their banners and homepage. I wonder who's isabel and who's marco!

Another thing I don't like about this site is one of the links lead to a page with an ad on it and it reads: If you don't click on this ad you wont be paid. Now this is on a site that i clicked to view.Its an obeus ad ( a lot like google adsense and I'm sure its against the rules to force people to click on those ads!

However! I will try to prove myself wrong.I will continue on the site and continue clicking on isabelmarco. My ptc guru advice (very valuable)to you is to join but do not invest money in the site.. Just do the clicks it will take you ten minutes and the site maybe turn out to be great!

1) Who are the people behind the penguin of KoopLinks?

Answer: Hello, my name is Mike, Co-Owner of Kooplinks.com. My business partner Mark Crocker is also co-owner. We been in the industry for 4 years, and have a lot of success in what we do, and hope it continues.

2) Koop Links is an interesting name, What does it mean and what inspired you to use it?

Answer: I am not exactly sure what "koop" means, I found Kooplinks for sale on bidsor.com and I looked at it for a little awhile, and decided that I saw potential in it, I had that feeling that I had when I launched Nemoclicks.com, that Kooplinks would be the next big site we take over, so I placed my $20 bid, and won the site, and here it stands, another big site just like I had imagined.

3) Your choice of a penguin to be the logo of you site is interesting, What and who inspired you to use it?

Answer: Jamie from Clixncash.com created kooplinks.com , and he even designed it with the penguin, did a very nice job with it, I was very pleased with the way it turned out, saw it put up for auction after that then decided I wanted it, and I won it in auction for $20, and kept it that way since, I upgraded the site and I even kept the logo as is, however I have some big changes for the design coming soon.

4) The amazing offer of the 2c payout has been very popular. How many payouts did you make in your First thirty days?

Answer : Well we been open for 8 days since launch, and have already made over 3,640 payouts to paypal and e-gold together. We actually debated on not raising the minimum 2 cent payout, but we decided to keep it at 2 cent minimum due to the feedback we have received, we believe the 2 cent payout is the best way to keep our members happy and to keep them coming and stay active.

5) what does the Future of KoopLinks hold for all of the excited users?

Easy-Clicks Dies of paypal pressure

Easy-clicks is dead, gone, kaput, Six feet under, a goner!
Was easy-Clicks mudered by PayPal? No.....Well maybe...I just don't know..what I do know is the site is DEAD.....

"Easy Clicks is closed due to payment processor issues."

Things aren't Looking so easy now! On a more serious note this is really sad.. The owners must have been pulling their hair out trying to resolve the situation but they just couldn't hold on....

Their funds were frozen and they couldn't run the site. For everyone who was advertising on the site, their ads have been moved to other PTC sites..

There's a new Bux.to look-a-like on the scene! The site is almost exactly like Bux.to except the colours are different...
I have a feeling the site is under spanish ownership...This is yet to be confirmed and It's not really inportant information, but if your login is incorrect a blank page opens with a few lines of spanish telling you what you've done wrong!

The site Pays 1c Per click and for every referral click you get get 0.005c. Bux.to wins on the referral value!

Nothing has been said about this being a scam yet.. We are just going to check it out for a while and hopefully find some proof somewhere.
They are having a low payout offer of only 1$ for the first 100 people the request it. It will then be 10$.

Bux.to has jumped to No.1 on the top best PTC site poll. The poll, currently being held on PTCtalk reveals just how popular Bux.to really is.

This is a big jump for the site considering less than a week ago PTC talk had bux.to on the Infamous Scam list.

The review of Bux.to on PTC talk really gives out about the site, claiming they made fake profiles for selling to users and that the payment method just took too long. These are valid points but the bux.to users are happy!

The sites rating at this moment is at 6935, way ahead of advercash who are at second with a rating of 2504. Out of 7675 votes 7305 favoured the site.

Easy-Clicks future is bleak

I just blogged about a great new PTC site called PTC-house So check that out.

The easy Clicks admin has released a statement about the current PayPal issue. The sites funds are frozen and the site has been forced to move their advertisers' ads to other PTC sites. However,EasyClicks haven't given up and they will continue to try and resolve the issue with paypal.

It seems the long term future of this site will be determined by what happens in the next few days.

Many people will ask; Why can't they just change processor? The Email from admin read;

"we can't move to a different processor because we couldn't hold the site up that way"

I sent the admin an email wondering what exactly this meant and what they implications of changing processor would be . I am awaiting a reply and will update this post once I get one.

Easy-Clicks admin have sent an email to their users. The are currently having problems with PayPal. It is PayPal policy not to serve PTC sites..Thats why Bux.to operates with Alertpay, The PayPal alternative....My advice to you is to not worry and don't go closing down your account...Stay Tuned to PTC guru and we'll inform you on any news that comes from the Easy-clicks Admin Time.......Let's hope Easy-clicks can pull through on this one!!

This is a very sad e-mail as we are having problems with paypal as most of the PTC sites worldwide have been.
We have been managing to keep going and going with a bit more expense, but we can't even process payments now, we will be looking at solutions but for the time being site will work as normally as possible until we are able to access our funds.
